Notes: 205 reps. 35 Ring Rows; 80cal row; 90 wallballs. Divided into 8 rounds. 5 Ring Rows; 10cal row; 15 WB. I made the RR as hard on myself as I could. Only had a minute left in 7th round when I got to the calorie row and decided to finish out my last 20cals on the rower instead of transitioning into WB. Considering how weak I am at WB, I'm very happy that I made it to where I did. 90 WBs at full range of motion is something I'm very proud of!
