Notes: 3 Rounds 1000 meters on the Azz bike Strong on all 3 12 burpees box jumps Struggled on all three rounds all step ups.... 15 Thrusters @ 75lbs Broken up in 3s 5/5/5 in all 3 rounds Started with 75lbs and went to 45lbs Finished strong but wore out!! Awesome WOD!!!
